Why We Started
BonusReviewers was started by a small team of people who had spent years reading casino reviews that turned out to be wrong — or worse, paid for. The reviews looked professional. The ratings were suspiciously uniform. The "independent" opinions had affiliate disclosures buried three scrolls below the fold.
The bonus terms were riddled with gotchas that a careful read of the T&Cs would have flagged. The licence claims often didn't match the operator's footer. The wagering figures didn't match what the promotion terms actually said. We started reading the source documents carefully and publishing what they showed.
That was the beginning of BonusReviewers. The goal was simple: write the reviews we wished we could have read before depositing. Compile Cashier & Payment Data
Payment methods, minimum deposits, published withdrawal windows and per-period caps, KYC requirements — all pulled from the operator's own published cashier and support pages, not from marketing copy.
Cross-check Complaint Databases
Independent third-party complaint records on casino.guru and AskGamblers provide reputational context beyond what a casino publishes about itself. Persistent complaint clusters influence the licensing and trust scoring.
Apply 10-Dimension Score
Account creation speed, payment reliability, deposit and withdrawal limits/speed, functionalities, VIP program, bonus size, wagering, payment methods and crypto, licensing. Each dimension 0–10; overall = mean.
Conservative Where Unverified
